Bummer! It's hard to think you'll look back on this with a smile one day, and this is certainly nothing unusual in the world of children, but it still hurts to see our lovely furniture be on the receiving end of a child's marker! Is there anyone to can die the cushions for you?
It is not too bad -- it seems to validate our having bought cheap furniture. My plan is just to flip over the cushions and hope nothing gets on the other side. If something ruins the other side, then we will have a good reason to get to Ikea.

What's worse is that he got five out of five cushions in just a four second sprint around the living room. Sigh.
